Privacy policy
In short: this website sets no cookies, measures nothing and embeds no third-party services. I only receive personal data if you write to me or book an appointment.
1. Controller
Florian Amstutz Consulting GmbH, Hardturmstrasse 5, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland · info@amstutz.nu. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
2. Visiting the website
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC). Each request records technically necessary information in server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This information serves the secure operation of the website and is deleted by Google according to its retention periods. I do not analyse it or link it with other data.
Google may also process data in the USA. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Switzerland recognises as providing adequate data protection.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no content from third parties. Fonts and images are served from its own server.
4. Contact by email
If you write to me, I process your details (name, email address, content of the message) to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. I do not pass them on and delete them once they are no longer needed for this, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
5. Booking an appointment
If you book an appointment on this website, I process your name, your email address, the chosen time and – if given – your company and your message, to arrange and prepare the conversation.
The appointment is entered in my Google Calendar (Google Workspace); Google sends you the invitation. A small application on Google Firebase in Zurich handles the booking. For each booking it stores only what the cancel link needs, and deletes this record after 90 days.
To protect against misuse, I count booking attempts per IP address and per email address. I do not store the IP address as such, only a checksum of it, and delete it after 24 hours.
I keep the calendar entry as long as I need it for our work together. You can cancel the appointment at any time using the link in the invitation; this removes it from both calendars.
6. Links to other services
The link to LinkedIn leads to a separate service. LinkedIn's privacy policy applies there.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time what data I hold about you and request its correction or deletion. An email to info@amstutz.nu is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Changes
If the website changes, I adapt this policy. The version published here applies.
